We believe trust is built on clarity. Here we explain, plainly, what data we collect, why, where we keep it and what rights you have. In short: we collect the bare minimum, the data stays in Europe, and we don’t sell it to anyone.

What data we process
- Data you give us: name, email, phone and message when you fill in the contact form or talk to our voice assistant Giulia.
- Browsing data: aggregated, anonymous statistics about how the site is used (Vercel Analytics), with no cookies and no profiling. We don’t identify you and we don’t track you across sites.
Why we process data and on what legal basis
- To respond to your requests and prepare a proposal for you (pre-contractual steps taken at your request).
- To keep the site secure and understand how to improve it, in aggregate form (legitimate interest).
We do not run marketing without your explicit consent.
Where the data lives and who we share it with
Website data is stored on servers in Europe: our database is hosted in Ireland (EU).
To run the service we rely on selected providers, each for its part: site hosting, database, email delivery, voice AI, telephony and payments.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. In those cases the transfer is carried out with the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We don’t share your data with third parties for their own purposes, and we don’t sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, then we delete it or make it anonymous. Browsing statistics are already anonymous and aggregated.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability.
To exercise them, write to sebastian@vocefacile.com and we’ll reply within the time limits set by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy over time. The date at the top always indicates the latest version in force.
